1. General provisions

These Terms apply to the kamatjel.hu website (“Website”) and the Kamatjel iOS application (“Application”). Using either constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description

Kamatjel is an informational service that displays monetary indicators updated daily from publicly published Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB) data. The Website is free. The iOS Application is subscription-based. Kamatjel is an independent service and is not the official MNB website. Official values are those published by the MNB.

3. Nature and limitations

The service is informational only. It does not calculate, forecast, recommend, or provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The operator does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data is synced daily, not as a live market feed.

4. Excluded activities

The service does not handle payments, banking, or investment services. The operator is not a financial institution, intermediary, or investment firm.

5. Notifications and widgets

Push notifications and widgets are informational only and are not advice or recommendations.

6. Subscription (iOS Application)

The Application uses an auto-renewing monthly subscription with a 1-month free trial, billed through the App Store and RevenueCat. Cancel in iOS Settings. Refunds follow Apple’s rules. Browsing the Website does not create a payment obligation.

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual property

Protected elements of the Website and Application belong to the operator. Rate data originates from the MNB and is republished for information.

10. Liability

The operator is not liable for accuracy of displayed data, damages from use, decisions based on the information, unavailability, or data loss.

11. Changes

The operator may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Website with a static effective date.

12. Governing law

Hungarian law applies. Disputes are first discussed between the parties; otherwise Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
